• You must provide accurate registration information
• One affiliate account per person or entity
• Commission rates are as stated at the time of referral and may change with notice
• Commissions are paid only on verified, non-refunded purchases
• Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in commission forfeiture
• Spam, misleading claims, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination

4. Payments

Solana USDT-SPL payments are processed to the wallet address you provide. You are responsible for providing a correct and compatible wallet address. BALIA OS is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses provided by you. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
